Hi, I was wondering how fast should my ADSL 2+ go?

I'm downloading between 220KB/s - 400KB/s this is with the help of download manager. If i downloaded directly using firefox's default downloader It will be around 80KB/s - 120KB/s

My nearest exchange is Hawthorn exchange and it says I'm approximately 1.8km cable length away from the exchange and my projected speed should be 11000mb/s which i think should translates to 1.3MB/s ?

My setup is [PHONE PLUG] --> [<3m phone Cable] --> [ADSL2+ Modem DSL-G604T ] --> [LAN CABLE] --> [PC]
