 Post subject: Migration from ADSL to NBN - Slave Email Accounts & Aliases

Hi

I am being badgered by TPG sales to move from the current adsl plan to one on the NBN. Can you clarify the following?

1. Existing account ID adslxxxx
- Will this account name be retained when moved onto the NBN plan - same login ID and password?
2. Existing Slave Emails addresses - I currently have 8 under the primary account
- Will these be retained when moved to NBN
- Will the existing passwords be retained?
3. Aliases under each Slave and the Primary
- Will these be retained after move to NBN?
4. Email messages held on TPG Servers under current Primary and Slave accounts
- Will this data be retained during and post move onto NBN?

I appreciate positive confirmation on each of these questions, as I need to mitigate the chance of loss of data, as negative response to these makes it hard not to look at alternative providers plans, especially if email data and address continuity can not be guaranteed.
