Hello, I had a problem when my NBN was set up and now my brother has the exact same problem. It took you and NBNco nearly a week to get a tech out here to fix it after I told you and NBNco exactly what the problem was. No one told the tech what it was either but he figured it out in 5 seconds and went to fix it within 10 minutes I had NBN after nearly a week of no internet.
The problem is the installation was stuffed up and it wasn't switched over properly to VDSL. This gives error 8180 on the modem and the modem syncs to ADSL2+.
So my brother needs an NBN tech sent to his place ASAP. It's not his modem or his settings, he hasn't been hooked up properly.
